Exchange Policy

You can exchange products within 7 days from the delivery date or return them directly to our retail store located in Shah-Alam Market, Lahore. Please ensure the product is unused, in its original condition, with the price tag attached, and accompanied by the purchase invoice. Please note that sale items are not eligible for exchanges. Due to variances in screen settings and lighting, the color or texture of the product may slightly differ from what you see on your screen, and such differences cannot be grounds for exchange. We will only accept exchanges or refunds if the product is defective or incorrect. If you receive a faulty or wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery by emailing photos to infoalsanatraders@gmail.com or calling +92(321) 4400517. After reviewing the issue, we will offer an online voucher of equal value.

 

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds as a general rule. However, in exceptional cases, such as when an item is out of stock, a refund may be processed. Refunds, if granted, will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds will cover the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes, but shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please allow up to 7 days for processing returns, and it may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement
